How the online bike hire works

Our online bike hire service is quick and straightforward. Simply fill in the relevant form and specify which of our hire stations you’d like to reserve your bike from. You can choose between our locations in St. Anton and Lech. Our hire stations are also just a few minutes’ drive from the popular holiday resorts of Alpe Rauz/Stuben and St. Christoph, which also offer plenty of opportunities for cycle tours. Next, select the period during which you’d like to hire a bike.

In the next step, choose a suitable bike and decide whether you’d like to book any additional accessories. You can also opt for our ‘Peace of Mind’ package, which waives your excess should anything get damaged and also includes a helmet and lock. Now you can look forward to your holiday with complete peace of mind. When the time finally comes, simply bring your booking confirmation to our shop and collect your bike.

If you realise you’ve made a mistake with your booking, you can amend it later. This applies, for example, to the location of your bike or the hire period. You can also cancel free of charge should something important come up.

Alternatively, you’re welcome to visit one of our branches in person. We’ll be happy to advise you face-to-face and work with you to find out whether an e-bike or a mountain bike is right for you, which model suits your needs, and whether you need an additional children’s or youth bike. Should you nevertheless be dissatisfied with your choice, we offer exchange options in our shops. If you’d like to pop in at short notice, please bear in mind that there may be a wait. Have you taken a liking to your hire bike? Then you have the option of taking it home with you and saving two days’ hire fee.
